Our related Company PRH Cost Management Limited provides a service dealing exclusively with the preparation of costs budgets, advice in relation to the same and negotiations and Budget discussion reports, along with the new “Precedent T” for revision to budgets.
You will be aware that there is now a requirement for a party to file a Costs Budget in the form of a “Precedent H” on Multi Track matters. The parties are to attempt to agree Budgets ahead of the CMC and must file a Budget Discussion report in the form of “Precedent R”.
